I understand they need regulatory and shareholder approval for the merger. Financing is a parallel issue, but they're linked. UKH's annual shareholders' meeting last year was towards the middle/end of March, if I recall. Hopefully, they can hurry this thing along before Mr. Buffet decides to dump his stockpile, central-bank style!! Harry K. ...

They were actively seeking financing before the merger, and were having a hard time as the water thing was dragging on and the price of silver sucked... they have hired a company, can't remember the name, to secure the financing for them, and if the company is unsuccessful, they do not get paid, so they usually do not take jobs they know they can't put to bed. I really feel that all will be on track and they will be producing by year end. Brian
