*Response from Joe Lanza* 1451 Wes and Yang, I have an accountant finding out the exact figures for what I and my family own and what the cost was. Read all my postings, because I've already given you the close, ballpark figures. I do have less than 5%. All the preferred are listed in the last Q. Remember, one preferred B converts to 2 common. The B is non-voting and the holder cannot own more than 4.9% of the voting common. This is all public record stuff. Joe.
