Orbital's Pegasus Launch Delayed by Inclement Weather on West
Coast

DULLES, Va., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ Orbital Sciences Corporation (Nasdaq: ORBI - news) announced today that the next launch of its Pegasus rocket, originally scheduled for tonight from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, has been delayed by the heavy rain and high winds that the West Coast is experiencing. Orbital is currently studying the weather forecasts for the next several days to determine when the next opportunity will be for Pegasus to launch the two satellites it will carry into low-Earth orbit. The company stated that the launch will take place no earlier than Feb. 5 at 11 p.m. Pacific time (or 2 a.m. on Feb. 6 in the Eastern United States).
