>>When We Open, we open!<< Very true Riley.....when the stock opens then we will know that the 'effective halt' has been lifted. Be it from the SEC, Rule 15-whatever, or the company. If what you say is true, the company has 'halted' the stock...that is a very serious charge since it eliminates shareholder liquidity. Imagine a large company (take your choice) deciding to halt the trading of their stock until they can announce some good news....does that make sense in that context...I think not. TC
