And who will manage that bureaucracy let alone deal with all the counterfeit ones already floating around - it's a DOA idea. Vaccine cards should be adequate.
Private enterprise can figure it out.
People have had more than enough time to get a vaccine, not to mention masks are not really effective anyway. Then there's those vaccinated people catching delta - which is whole other rat hole.
Masks help slow the spread. Just because YOU think they're not effective doesn't give you the right to walk around spreading your germs to everyone else.

Every anti-masker that I have seen has resorted to lies and quotes taken out of context in order to justify their behavior.
