True, but the analysis was comparing leveraging using LGNDW, or buying LGND on margin, therefore there is no cash to invest (i.e. To control 100 shares of LGND with $600, buy 100 LGNDW, or 100 shares of LGND with $570 cash / $570 margin).

Actually, if bought on margin, there is $30 left to invest, so the 14% is increased.
