From what I'm told Sokol is desperately trying to peddle both Learnstar and IWN to stop the drain that they place on NTN's finances.

More likely than a cash sale is a psuedo-sale where they get no cash, but get the promise of future profits if they ever produce.

It will be presented to the abused shareholders as a "joint venture" and a great deal.

It will be in reality a "washing of hands" and a writeoff of all the money wasted.
