Me thinks the boys and girls on the ZEN boards still don't get it.
The reason the Bio-Graphene was approved was because it contains near Zero metals in the graphene. If you burn wheat or some other Bio material then at best you have residual metal values, far below any "level of concern". Hence the speedy approval once it was determined that shedding was not an issue.

ZEN on the other hand is creating its ink from a metal based Graphite and a "metal containing Graphene". Not only that but ZEN believes it should be able to swap the "Pending Approval" from 3rd Party Supplier to their own GO when it comes time? Both having an entirely different level of Metal Contaminates. Which flies in the face of logic!

Now I quite realize that you ZENners and even ZEN management believe you are on the CUSP of approval but I know HC. There is always an exception to every rule but, if the issue is, as I believe, "metal content" then a new test will be required and perhaps even human trials to determine Metal inhalation.

One of the many things ZENners choose to ignore is the ZENGUARD is applied to a 2% efficient mask and your assumption is "of course" is that the 99.X% application makes the mask 99.x% efficient.
That may be another hangup and the reason why HC is not rushing to approval. If you coat a 2% efficient mask with a substance that makes it 99.X% efficient when breathing through the fabric and you want to make that claim. The HC will demand you prove that this ill fitting mask, not a perfectly sealed mask on a dummy, show the same results for all kinds of different face structures.
For instance, how do you square the circle that states 99.X% on a person with a beard? So suddenly you are now into a whole bunch of descriptor/exemptions to the 99.X% that will also be demanded by HC.

So no matter what ZEN Management believe, I believe you are nowhere near the CUSP of approval. Knowing HC as well as I do after 20 years of buying Biotechs, the only thing consistent is HC inconsistencies!
