Please let me throw my 2 cents in. I doubt very seriously if there is going to be any kind of a war. There are just a bunch of bureaucrats trying to justify their own importance and the money that they make. Consider---We are threatening to bomb them, and at the same time, we ratify their right to sell more oil for humanitarian purposes. If we do bomb them, it will be the so-called Presidential palaces(however, Saddam will claim that we wiped out 70% of the civilian population.) Our drunken friend in Russia responded today to the statement that the US would not rule out nuclear devices to the effect that we could possibly start WWIII----who is gonna be that stupid? Saddam screws his own people and convinces them that it is for the good of their own country by controlling the information that they receive. Clinton has diverted the public's attention from his own troubles, and in 3 months the whole thing will go away.
