By "off track" that would mean outside the law. Because the law specifically prohibits teaching CRT. "Off track" would mean the moderator of the session might lose control of the discussion to a political fight if people got triggered by the language and and the conference session purpose would not be accomplished. There was no mention of Critical Race Theory. Not even close. You're either thick as the proverbial brick or being intentionally passive aggressive. That story you posted is not supported by the clip you linked, which was just propaganda to feed the bricks.
