It was a fail = they didn't even get Osama and co at tora bora. Their justifiable police action in Afghanistan was such a success, The fail was decades before that too = backing Osama and jihad against Good Old Gorby. A bigger fail is now in progress attacking Russia instead of backing them. The stupid and absurd attack from Ukraine and on Crimea which is and was Russian for hundreds of years = far longer than the conquest of Hawaii. Mqurice
