WinStar VP of marketing (Doug Morgan) to participate in panel discussion of "Wireless Solutions" at H&Q's 1st Annual Communications Symposium. This panel meets on Friday at 9:45-11am (PST), and will include the CEO of ArrayComm, the CEO of Digital Microwave and the Chairman of Silicon Wave, and is moderated by an HQ MD named Eric Zimits. Interesting, the NEXT panel (at 11:15-12:30) titled "End of the Loop?" has SVP and General Council of Teligent, along with CEO of Covad, CEO of Evolving Systems and Finance SVP at MCI. Fwiw, Joel Noel commented on WCII this AM, and addressed the concern that the auction could provide competition, remarked that he thinks the auction will be net POSITIVE for WCII.
