Seth ~ I had called Nasdaq twice and got two contradictory answers. The first lady I talked with said they were fairly strict about it and the second time I called, the fella told me it was on a case by case basis and the $5 was a guideline. Time will tell, eh? ~ Jack

Seth,

I appreciate your post, I really do. And I must say that what you relayed doesn't shake my confidence in Franklin one iota. I'm sure what the Nasdaq rep told you was good info as far as he was concerned; question is: might there still be flexibility here in any event? (Key word: 'might')

Well, we may not know the answer for sure. Different reps have different answers, no doubt. So I look at things thus: In a best case, we still get quick approval; in a worst case, we wait a bit longer.

And since I'm holding, not trading, this second possibility doesn't bother me at all (except to try my patience--and this is my emotions speaking, not my head!).

Thanks Seth.

PS I try not to give credence to anyone who seems to me to be on the fringe, i.e. anyone from hyper-cheerleaders to negative naysayers; instead I try to analyze things as dispassionately as possible, taking opinions of those whom I respect into account, doing my own DD, and standing firm. This is one reason I like your posts!
