It's a projection... No, its a lie... See how it shows saving 61 million lives... as the difference mapped between "without" upper line and "with" on the lower line ? But, if you take 10 million as the value for each spot plotted on the upper line... you only get 50 million ? And, the declining values on the lower line average about 5 million... So, it represents saving fewer lives than that difference... fewer than 25 million lives ? Obviously, you can't save more lives than are being lost ? But, that's what they're claiming they'll do in this graph... Also note the basis... presented in the footnote... It just assumes without any justification: "we'll save half"... ? The problem is... I don't believe liars... and people who are that casual with the truth are liars...
