No doubt this guy is a rube, he starts out asking for money to fund his travels to see for himself. He seems to put faith in his own eyes, or "feet on the ground" as he puts it. He is also asking the wrong people, obviously, the clerical level people he talks to are just the tenders of the machine. I almost typed 'magic machine' because I like alliteration but my dislike of influencing adjectives won out. Sort of. Anyway, taken to it's extreme, it's a video and I wasn't there for it's making. For all I know it was all shot in Hollywood, maybe on the same set where they filmed the moon landing(s). Anyway (again).
