steve, This $1.00 licence renewal fee was possible because of the State of California passing that law...right after that student was murdered by a school janitor who had not been screened. Any county may slap on this fee for fingerprinting...if they need/want the equipment. This will be very good for IDX.....California is a very good place for IDX. bg ps.
