It's London's turn to be the market manipulator in chief... and no one is going to mess with them in however it is they want to manipulate the markets now that its their turn to do so... They told the lie that "we're not playing by the rules"... as part of playing by the rules... while needing to convince others that, "no, that whole thing about BIS rules doesn't matter at all... so, jest leave us alone while we drop the price of your gold by whatever we feel like, OK"?
