Roger, do you really think the GOP would make big tobacco the poster child for tort reform? That'd be almost enough to make me a Democrat. Call it "Nicogate", a cancer on the Congress.

Seriously, if they want a poster child for tort reform, they should do something to save the dozens or probably hundreds of small businesses being smothered by asbestos claims.
