Reb--I am not sure what is going on there.
It is an ambigious post to say the least. He is implying that some big players are selling large amounts of their holdings but doesn't seem to have a clear idea if it is to make scads of money for themselves or dump a loser.
Buyouts normally imply very good things. Typically a company sells to a buyer at higher than the existing share price by a good margin. (I was in CHPS when it was bought out price went from 11 to 17.5). This sounds like some big players selling their positions and stuff the little guys. No mention of a takeover bid. I would like to tell you more but the way the post is written I can't tell exactly what he thinks is going on. I hope it is good news and would lean that it is.
Have you checked SEC filings on this?
All the Best
