Torben, Bernie, WTDEC, Tony- the talmudic dissection is truly amazing and fascinating. To me however it is rather simple- don't buy LGND or LGNDW unless you are convinced (as I am) that the pipeline is solid enough to result in earnings before 2000. This results in stock appreciation and warrant appreciation and any calculation of interest rates paid to "borrow" warrants is meaningless. I expect to pay a total price of 14-15 for my warrants and stock at the time I exercise and am convinced that this price will be at substantial discount to the stock price. Happy investing to all
