A great video, still watching it. Now... I know somebody who worked the security gate at a large domestic supplier within the food industry. Brexit caused havoc, as lots of the Truck Drivers were sources from Europe, plus the loss of seasonal workers from the EU and the "pingdemic" has caused havoc. But there is increasing loss of truck drivers now that Brexit has occurred along with a loss of conditions for the drivers. Pay is being lowered to £9 per hour (worse then minimum wage!) and a working day increased to possibly 14 hrs a day and a crushing working week. The monitoring of the drivers skills and timings are becoming ever more invasive as insurance rates are tied closely to driving performance. This is being counter acted with sign on incentives of up to £5k, but frankly I doubt that is incentivizing many drivers. It's really a skilled job with attached responsibility. and there is the Covid testing and attendant paperwork / protocols too. It's a nightmare. However, no one seems to care and the media just prints Covid news jammed packed 24/7 on all channels. The government would work better if they just were not even there. Not a pretty sight, and will cause havoc at some point. I remember reading about the Berlin Airlift and how much effort that took to overcome. That could be every large town and city in the UK. But the news channels will still be packing the air space with the feardemic. Worse then the fxxkking communists and Radio Moscow ever were !
