Satyr - You may be right, and Asia is certainly still a big question mark. The saving grace with regard to Asia in my opinion is that Compaq's exposure looks to be fairly limited, and it looks as if Europe (just in time!) is coming on strong. What do you think about Compaq's valuation/market cap in relation to Dell's? I'm amazed at how close they have gotten, what do you think?

Satyr.......It's been a week since your post to me.....It seems with all records broken on the major indexes the Street has reconned with the Asian influence and decided it's not as serious as we were thinking about 2 months ago (I think it still remains to be seen - keeping a close eye on the situation).........George
