Maad: According to NASDAQ regulations, BCMD would have to trade below $1 for an entire month before they would even get a 90 day notification. A lot of us misunderstood the new NASDAQ regulations and thought they might be delisted to the bulletin board by February 23, 1998. That is not the case at all.

I am not feeling any "desperation" or worry about BCMD being delisted to the Bulletin Board. My opinion, which I based on facts and statements made by experts in the mining industry, is that BCMD has a much better chance of being a marginable stock in the near future than it has of being placed on the bulletin board stock list within the next 109 days. That is why I consider BCMD a "buy" based on the fundamentals.

As a matter of fact the more due diligence I do the more confident I feel that this stock is going to make a lot of people wish they had been buying when they had opportunity we currently have. BCMD continues to find more virgin ore blocks that equate to many profitable dollars. If you multiply the 160,000 oz of gold mentioned in the last press release times $300/oz that comes to $48,000,000.

<VBG> A friend pointed out to me today that the gold from the pillars combined with the Golden Gate Ore shoot comes to approx. 170,000 oz of gold. That sure isn't very far off from being a "ton of gold" that BCMD is currently sitting on.

Desperation? If you are really feeling desperation I advise that you sell immediately and get a good nights sleep.

Your comment about delisting is BS. Please post facts, figures on WHY this would happen.
I would love to hear ANY commentary GOOD or BAD if it is backed up with some research.
If you are going to make bullshit one line comments without backing it up with some research don't expect to be taken seriously.

inre delisting.

Need to trade at a dollar bid sometime within the 30 days up till 23rd Feb.
Only THEN would they get a warning from NasDaq and then they would have 90 days to trade ABOVE 1 dollar BID for ten consecutive days within that 90 day period.

They are VERY determined NOT to lose Nasdaq listing
