Gary: Yes,the rights were published in the official gazette. However, there is a 30 day period during which time any complaints may be registered in terms of any challenges to these rights. Once that has elapsed, they can begin work on the hard rock, as I understand it. The deeper rock is definitely richer in ore content and they are anxious to start mining the deeper stuff.
