They're bringing Legs Spread Wide back to California to help defend Newsom from the recall effort: SJMercury - California recall: VP Kamala Harris to whip up base in Bay Area for Gov. Gavin Newsom This is risky given that: a) Harris is polling 35-54 at the moment. It is unclear whether Democrats are really excited to see her around. b) Harris really ought to be focused on Afghanistan right now instead of party politics. c) The recall should be a state matter, not a federal matter.
