From this age until well into maturity from my experience cats are very curious, later you will notice that she will clime to high places and "miau miau " to attract attention how high she went.

What I did not solve is their ability to sense what will happen in the future - and this not only with one cat.
Somehow they know what will happen in 1 to 2 weeks or a month.

The cat that was brought up in our apartment when I was living in NYC came with my mother to NYC once - she knew when my mother will arrive waiting near the apartment door.

When the last time I came to visit my parents from NYC, and my sick father, she screamed I should not go holding with her claws on to my carry on luggage, a month later my father left us, I returned, for the funeral, she was indifferent to me.

Before returning to Tel Aviv - for weeks the cat was waiting at night outside to see me return, that what my mother told me. Unfortunate she died of old age 2 days before I returned.

Now writing this it crossed my mind that she may wanted to see me before saying goodbye.
