I don't think it could have been executed much worse... but yes it did start with the previous admin to be sure... That is when the choice was made to exit and the plan should have been set in motion ... (Mr. Trump.. ) maybe if Mr Biden had have formulated his own plan to withdraw there would have been a plan,... passing the buck to the guy before though is endemic and a regular epidemic in both of our democracies... U know Sun Tzu is another of my fav posters BUT the old Sun Tzu saw of the enemy of my enemy is my friend is exactly the BS that seems to continually get the US into trouble... They are NOT EVER YOUR friend.. You are simple a lower priority/value target until U R not... Thinking one Mujaheddin group is better than another is the folly of centuries...
