The problem is interesting. States refused to spend the money (republicans want to use it for tax cuts like they did after the Great Recession so they get the credit even though Dems expressly forbid it) and the Supreme Court will rule on the extension within days. Regardless, we'll see if Biden shows their rulings the same contempt as the abortion nuts have. The era of judicial review may be coming to an end. If our founders wanted a few nuts running the country they wouldn't have created the presidency or Congress. Btw, as of now, Biden is ignoring their previous ruling. They said they'd wait until Congress passes a new law and there is no new law.
