Lots of ways to jigger the numbers... and "they" know a thing or two about that... One of the things they know about that... is transfers of tax $ to patch holes... in things other than roads... pockets, it seems... have many holes that require filling... but, they tend to be very poor quality repairs... But, people are LEAVING New York and California... and elsewhere the urban exodus is accelerating... Rural real estate agents are raking it in... They are going to Nevada, Texas, Florida... and, WTF ? Idaho suddenly has people in it ? There are more Hollywood stars living in new digs in the hills above Missoula Montana than you would believe... And, I can tell you... there's a lot of people in Missoula, Montana... who've moved on out of the city because of it... I think the recall election is California's last chance... people are holding off to see if there's a REAL change... If they muck that up...stand back to avoid the stampede... and then stick a fork in it...
