Any of them is enough.

The issue with BABA is not "common prosperity". JD is similar and is doing much better. As are midcap Chinese stocks.

The problem with BABA, as I said, is that it is too important to China. Or at least parts of their business are strategic to China. This means the government will always keep a very keen eye on them.

I was not kidding when I said there is a risk that the Chinese government may force them to separate their cloud business from their ecommerce business. JD and TCEHY (to a lesser extent) don't have these risks.

Anyways, as a pragmatic matter, stocks fall until nobody is left to want to sell them. And seeing how the hedge funds have been loading on BABA hand over fist, that bottom may not be as close as many hope...then again, what the heck do I know. the market can do anything at any time.
