Hello Charred;
Did you ever stop and think that maybe i do have other more important things to do.
Besides that if you were to read through, some of the other posts that others have left, with url's for you to peruse through, you will most likely have found all the answers to your questions.
First off, I never said you were not allowed here, all I asked is why suddenly have you shown up. As I have stated before, everytime that KRY starts a run, someone different always shows up either here or on the Stock House forum, playing the same role as what you did yesterday.
In other words clearly state your agenda to ALL!!
You must understand this, as you have stated and I, there are points that we will never be able to be truly answered by us.
I will try to answer your questions as best I can, but as I have said most of your answers are posted at any one of the sites that others have posted, and I really do not have the time to dig through all of my files, or to run back and forth for you, so you might help yourself if you were to go and read them.
From what I have been told there is no construction other than site preparation on LC 5&7, some buildings, but nothing of major consequence. They cannot possibly be at the mill construction stage, because the design work has not been completed, and besides that they were denied access to the funds raised last year with financiers untill they had clear title to the property. This also happens to be one of the reasons why they suspended operations, they happened to mention that in one of their last releases.
1/ You should read over all of PDG's newsreleases over the past year, and I'am sure you will begin to notice, that some things do not add up.They conveniently leave out some things whenever it suits them, this is called PR???
2/The CSJ is the highest court in the land in Venezuela is it not, they have ruled three times that Inversora Mael has title, and now you say they could be wrong......so in other words you agree with the theory that "three wrongs make a right".....that's interesting!
3/Your answer to three, that the MEM says that they were not properly notified is of utmost importance, and a very big part in this court situation. The CSJ says that the MEM were notified by IM and that all delays were the result of the MEM.It was the MEM that denied,Inversora's full entitlement to begin with and also some where here they were denied the ability to keep up their obligations to the property ie pay taxes and then were told later that the statute of limitations had run out. The court is not recognising the time limit because if they did, then they would be ignoring the fact that it was the MEM that delayed everything to begin with.
And this was mentioned, if you would take the time to look.
4/ Why is it that anywhere you go there is a title problem, could it be that the CVG has got themselves into everything, so that they don't miss a piece of the action, there are many questionable titles, and as you have stated I do agree with the fact that when suddenly a new piece of paper suddenly appears that it may leave anyone open to faulty titles etc, it has always been a concern!
This final court decision may have more far reaching ramnifications than most people realize, on this I can understand some of your concerns regarding Ven, for this may open up debate on a whole score of other concessions.
5/When I build a house, I contract out the work to contractors etc, all the work permits are in place etc, I'am now ready to build.....oops i forgot....better go down to the registry's office and get my clear title, this is where PDG erred, they relied on the word of "Ynaty" head of the CVG, a group that does not have the constitutional power to hand out title in Venezuela, but this group went on to promise PDG that everything was OK, so proceed.
Why was the CVG and PDG denied registering title last fall when they went to try and slip this through in the face of the CSJ still havung the case before them?? I believe this was at the the state of Bolivars registries office??
6/You claim to say that IM agreed to a settlement, yes I agree with this point, but you also fail to mention that again the CVG failed to live up to that agreement and thus causing such aggreement to be null and void!......look that one up again.
7/The head geologist??, there is more to him quitting than you will want to admit to if you do know....but let me say this to you...he has been on the LC project since the beginning, and why would a geologist that is just about to develop one of the largest gold operations in SA, and bring it on stream, suddenly up and leave to go to another jr??.....most geologists are very proud of their findings or work, and they do like to wear them on their chests and receive all the plaudits that deservedly go along with such accomplishments, don't you think his departure was a little premature, I can just imagine what he is thinking at the moment.......why wouldn't they listen?
You ask why, does this matter to me, it matters a lot, for some of the above reasons, geologists do not just up and run away from a world class deposits unless there is a valid reason......I do not buy the better offer idea.
8/The government of Ven is in the process of the privatization of CVG and other nationalized industries in Ven, from the information that I have, the CVG is not very well enamoured with the gov and I believe are under investigation for inequities in how they have operated, with regards to arranging work contracts and the promising of mineral rights and titles when they have no jurisdiction over these areas, and also the huge debt that the CVG has racked up.
9/I notice with you questions that you seem to be asking me to help you on many of them, and to these I again suggest to you to look them up at any one of the url's that have been posted, you will find the background of the three gentlemen I have mentioned to be very interesting indeed, there collective backgrounds are very diverse and sir they would have no problem ensuring that LC 4&6 would be nothing less than a world class mine....and no they are not engineers, KRY would do the same as even PDG has done and that would be to hire outside engineers to do the mine construction.
Once you begin to understand who these three are you will know that they have the ability to do just as well if not better for Venezuela.
10/ Albino will turn out to be much bigger than most people realize, the last drill information is showing it to be a much more promising property.May I also remind you that it was not the geologists from PDG who found this deposit as well, so this is a moot point!
11/You ask "What empty promises", CVG promised PDG that title was no problem, now the situation is SOL.
12/As for the average wage of Venezuelan's I do not have it handy, but it was from the company that I was informed that they are paying them better, than average in the hopes of good public relations.....again I get this from the company but according to what you say you get yours from the company and it is obvious that you company is right in your eyes, and KRY is wrong,.....again I'am just as concerned for PDG, because as I have stated that I do own shares in both and I get my information from both, and also the information from PDG has not been up to snuff, no they haven't out and out lied but they always seem to hide behind one of those generic responses that PR people are so famous for, it is quite obvious to many here that you do not understand the concept of PR and plausible denial!!
13/No the CVG has not let me down, my knowledge regarding them is as a whole in regard to looking at many of the company's that are working in Venezuela....I believe the word used is Due Dilligence, and I do like to try to cover all the bases when I do invest or speculate, after all it is a most prudent thing to do.
14/May I suggest you read over your last post to me again, you really haven't answered many questions, you only responded with many conjectures, something commonly used in the art of obfuscation!
15/As for your suggestion to start a club for KRY, well that happened a long time ago, part of membership requirements are the ability to scrounge out all pertinent information in a doggedly manner, and to keep others informed as to all goings on??.....but thanks for the suggestion!
16/No one questions your right to come to this thread, the only question is regards to the timing, KRY has had a nice run, and suddenly you have shown up and started a lot of BS, that thus far has not been backed by any substantial evidence, as you have accused me to have "personal problems, lack of knowledge, likes to get information from the street, Likes to Gossip", what then should I be now thinking of YOU!!
As for what others have thought about you they have already posted those opinions, it appears that now you wish to make this a personal attack and sir I will not partake in that game, if you wish to exchange information fine, if you wish to come here and attack, then go away because no one needs you.
17/ The bottom line is this, all the information is there for all to see and make up their own respective minds, it all boils down to a court case, one that PDG had the power to avoid for considerably less cost than what it may cost them in the long run, their CEO has gambled, and it may well be the shareholders, of which I'am one, are going to be the losers in this, the shareholders will not sit by and hear their board claim that they were hoodwinked ny the Venezuelan people, I can assure you of that. All the facts will eventually be aired, and I'am sure that someone will fall for this.
18/ As for myself, I have done very well with this play with the use of PDG options and KRY stock, because this is about making money in the stock markets, that is what these forums are about, not the discussion of whether one company is more virtuous than another, or who is better for country in the eyes of one person, that decision is up to the people that are there.
19/Now that I have wasted most of my morning on this, is it OK if I just go back to what I like doing and communicating with the people that I feel have a more open disposition to the facts and reality at hand.
With regards,Frank
PS Have a good day!! |
