I listened to Larry William's latest video at SC Thursday evening, advertising his subscription add-on at SC for his latest round of plug-ins he says, based on years of history, the 19th trading day of October is a timing window for the potential upside launch from whatever $SPX price level is printing at the time he called out early September as one possible important timing window in two of his timing charts which display " timing indicator" plug-ins available now at SC for an add'l fee
