The price is firm. If anyone tries to change it, I will consider their offer withdrawn and terminate it. At this juncture we have other options open to us and I have no patience for any games. Two of the original parties withdrew their offer and bought on the market as the market price was equal to the PP, and it did not have the hold period. One of the parties is on holidays and they are trying to contact him to close tomorrow. At the latest I expect it to close next week. Regards, John
