Quick impression - they do have a number of bases covered.

Quick translation: IPX is Novell's propriatary protocol, IP is a more standard protocol used by both the Unix/varients world & Win NT.

IBM belatedly added support to the AS400 rhelm as well. Sometimes you will see references to TCP/IP instead. Scott
