charred, let's stick to facts. It is irrelevant that KRY could or could not find anything. It is irrelevant that nothing was said for 6 years. ie. You own a chunk of Florida swamp land that you purchased from General Developments on one of their "dog and pony shows". You visit the "site" and find out you have difficulty finding the property pegs because alligators keep getting in the way! But because you made the trip, you clean off the property, plant some Orange and Grapefruit trees, and mow the grass with scissors so you don't wake the alligators. 6 years later you come back to see if the alligators have become "friendly". When you arrive at your little nest in the glades there sits a shopping centre!! Who owns the property? The shopping centre, because you never said anything for 6 years? Or you ? Would you be "stealing it" if you wanted it back? Would you be a "rat"? If its yours, its yours!! If it can be proven that General Developments (CVG) sold you a piece of property they had no right to sell, and the shopping centre did buy it legally, then guess what, you don't own it, never owned it, and never will own it. the Chief
