Don’t think so. Apparently, a supporting tower for several main transmission lines fell into the River, cutting all power to the city. So, until that damage is repaired (probably no easy task), the door-to-door repairs won’t happen.

I’m listening to local news, the damage is very bad.

I feel blessed because my house is OK and we have no flooding in our neighborhood. Wife and kid will be forced to evacuate but I have to hang around to care for an elderly aunt and, ah, deter looters. Me and Mr. Browning will be in charge of that.
