All of New Orleans lost power ..

There's all sorts of large portable generators that can be brought into
various parts of the grid to re-electrify residential neighborhoods while the
damaged transmission lines and other infrastructure are repaired ..

Generator units can be easily barged into NO and connected up pretty quickly ..
Send in the NAVY .. One aircraft carrier could power the whole city if need be ..
