There is a lot of money that has been appropriated to deal with this problem. Someone in Congress has to get their act together and get it distributed.

Why did this happen? Manchin used the filibuster to stop more spending on the pandemic, so Biden extended it without a new law, knowing full well the courts would undo it. But, it gave him time to get the Manchins on his side but this will never happen. They want the headlines and don't care about the country.
