If you are not in a big city, and at its center CBD, then the price of US$ 3.69 likely representative. In HK, by past checking, a CBD MacDonalds vs off-CBD MacDonalds might be a kilometer apart, but the price for the exactly same set can be 33 - 50% different, even though all McDonalds are owned by the same franchoisee. O attribute the price differences to (1) real estate pricing and (2) immediate neighborhood competition w/ other fast food outfits. HK has a loooooot of food competition, and everything served is fast.
