Ditch: That is the rub, see.
I would do the same.
So would most people.
IF you had a lot to lose!!!!!
You and I do not.
Get it? WE do not.
SO..these types of things to us...in this situation..are CRAZY...UNLESS they DO have a lot to lose.
Anyway, have fun today, one and all.
I am going to the VA..be back later.
Try not to kill each other, at least until I get back. <ggg>
PS..Ditch..don't let the woodchips, chip ya. LOL
(Private joke)..al

Good morning Ditch!

To me, your post brings up again the question then, why didn't Mork go after just Zapara? If Zapara failed to give Mork the certs for those particular shares sold, then that dispute was between just the two of them.

The additional and serious attacks by Mork on the company - and the lengths he has gone to to put these attacks into play - make no sense whatsoever IF he is only short 100,000 shares and couldn't get those certs from Zapara.

I really don't expect a response to this simply because no one can point to a definitive documented source as to the EXACT number of illegally shorted shares. And that is because of their very nature - because they ARE illegally shorted shares. I only post this response to you as "food for thought". In my mind, Mork's - and others' - shenanigans make no sense at all except to indicate that there is much much more at stake here than a measly 100,000 short shares.
