Re: Middle Age Portfolio ... Portfolio Adjustments.

ABT had grown into an oversized position that was double a full sized position. I took those profits today by trimming the position back to a full position.

I added to the following positions:

MO .. CM .. WPC .. ASG

I was looking to continue building the higher yielding assets by trimming profits from the lower yielding assets that have grown to where they provide triple digit returns, in other words, turning growth into income.

MO ..... yield 7.41%
CM ..... yield 4.02%
WPC .. yield 5.51%
ASG ... yield 7.73%

The Middle Age Portfolio has a yield of 4.07% and has a 5 year dividend growth rate of 6.30%, this gives this portfolio a Chowder Number of 10.37%, a nice balance between yield and dividend growth.
