Judith, we haven't gotten ours yet but I talked to Helen one day this week and she told me that the shareholders who hold their certificates were sent notices first. Then they send out the ones to brokerages. Ours are all held in street name so we should be getting them soon. They may have already gone out by this time. Anyone who plans to stay at the Hyatt needs to call them today to reserve a room in order to get the special room rate. This, per Helen. C

Judith, following is a link to the Notice of Annual Shareholder's meeting which was filed with the SEC a short time ago. In it you will see where and when it is to be held. You will also find out other important data such as: Frank owns 29% or 4.6 mil shares of FTEL (not to mention what he has in FNET) Frank made $ 291,000 last year PLUS a $ 100,000 bonus ! I did not catch that bonus info last time. This is WAY too high, in my opinion for a company with only $ 250,000 in revenues last quarter, which to top it off is less than the annual run rate of last year. Also, this is a company who was hardly even able to pay his salary last year, which was nearly as high. Judith, in reply to your question. Has everyone received official notification of the shareholders meeting (it is less than 30 days away)? I haven't and don't know if the problem is with my online broker or with FTEL. I just received mine today from one of my brokers. I will add that Helen told me they were going out(last week when I talked to her) hope this doesn't sound like "Hype","ONCE MORE, FRANKLIN KEEPS THEIR WORD" This is not directed to you Judith, but it seems lately "we must apologize for, Just expressing a positive viewpoint", Ray
