>>Could you tell me if TMX is ready to make new highs?<<

Sorry, I do not follow the stock, and even if I did, short term price moves are difficult to guess. All I can tell you is that given the current market momentum, if the stock is currently going up, in the short term, the probability of it continuing to go up is significant.

>>dO YOU THINK YHOO IS A GOOD short at this level 63 1/2 ?<<

I am short at 53+ and 58+ but YHOO is a hot internet stock. These are going up like hell, so if you have a short term time frame stay away (it is not unlikely YHOO may see 70 again). Some people are waiting until they see it clearly breaking down to short(I don't know if you can respond quickly enough to these type of events).

Look for example at AOL, last time I shorted I did at 991/2, and BFIT shorted last time at 223/16. Check where these are today.

Sorry I could not be of more help. This game is a difficult one. That is why some very sharp people say the market is efficient and that investors only get rewarded according to the risk level they take. makes sense; after all, there is a bunch of very smart people competing and not adding much value (i.e., trying to make a buck without doing real work), you can play the game in the comfort of your home as long as you have the $$$$.
