it's definately a witch hunt, but even if they do find something to sue about, it won't affect MSFT financially IMO. That's why I think this whole topic makes for interesting conversation but doesn't have the slightest bearing in my investment decisions. MSFT is just doing to many OTHER things too well. Who cares if they get slapped on the hand about IE. I wouldn't sell my MSFT shares for anything.
