On another thread on SI I posted a video from a local news channel. In the video there were two police forces policed the same stretch of highway. One of them pulled over a motorist, apparently thinking that he might have money to seize. Then 2 cars from the other force pulled up, boxing in the first cop car, and they started screaming at each other fighting over who would get the possible seizure. I remember one of them said something like "I'll end you". It was like two groups of bandits fighting over who would get to steal from the victim. I'd post the video again but after being up for years it was eventually removed.
