When you drop off a negative, then naturally it will be positive for the average. And vice versa, when you drop off a positive, it will be negative for the average.

HI Diva,

I do not have the ability to excel, to post chats.

At the age of 69, not trained or willing to learn beyond a simple mental calculation (which I enjoy).

When a positive offset drops off it takes a headwind.

When a negative offset drops off, it is a positive event (headwind). The more negative the 10 and 30 day offsets, are the better it is until the normal positive average peaks suggest a reset is due.

Like Cheif says, it's a monthly thang, breathe in and breathe out, but FA can and will screw things up, at times.

Thus it is like playing an piano.

In between, Da Cheif and his hourly analysis of volume with in the Dow 30 is brilliant and never to be beaten.

It is the secret to Wall Street's fear and greed on a monthly pay check schedule.

There are times when war and economic events destroy the norm, and that is why Da Cheif plays the game safe with the SPX and stops.

He has the best plan in town, if you dare to be leveraged.

He's confidently brilliant, at being in the market all the time.

His 800 hot line is a no brainer, unless you watch the market every hour, every day, every week, every month!

He's a gift of market knowledge every day.

HAIL TO DA CHEIF!!

Bob
