You didn't dispute one word I said. Is it because you're clueless? Sure it is. What we know for sure is this. We don't depend on the government or the courts to give us rights. We retain them. Again, read the damn document before you respond to me again. If you need helping finding the Constitution online drop me a note and I'll give you links. Regarding judicial review, Jefferson and many other presidents say it's "Not in the Constitution." Our founders didn't say courts can undo law. The can only make rulings based on the laws we pass.
