The ongoing problem of “” the quick fix” is that it is usually short lived, until the next episode. It is always in the back of your mind,, the next episode ,,and will it be debilitating . People with recurring back episodes know this. So the search for almost perfect solution,,, the answer . Mine works for me,, and always open for tweaking suggestions. :+) That thread, has died off since Pogeu is in the permanent sin bin,, and the yorkster lapses into crazy town far to often and EC has gone to the other side.
