3 1/8 as a high and about 5 x average daily volume. What is your opinion about today's news release?
Thank you.

IBM only worth a 1/4 of a point! Market sentiment toward this stock sure has turned bearish. I realize that last quarter's #'s were pretty bad, however, keep in mind that they wrote off everything but the kitchen sink last quarter. Also, they released Monarch V3 and had a complete quarter for Virex @ 12/31/96, so the comp is misleading.

Looking forward, the Company has some great new products, coupled with some key strategic partnerships(IBM & Kodak). Also keep in mind that Virex was sold for $16.7 million on Fiscal year sales in 1996 of $5.8 million (~3 times sales). With $12 million of cash on their balance sheet and revenues which should still approach $27-30 million in 1998, I believe this one has a ways to go.

Directors and Officers of DWCH increased their common holdings by 12% during FY97.
