True, I share your same concerns. I guess there are a couple big questions:

(1) What drove CVUS to make this decision?
-lack of financial resources to bid
-lack of an interested partner
-better market opportunity in services

(2) Will the customers come?
-what product/service can CVUS offer?
-what are customers willing to pay?
-what is the market potential for services?
-does CVUS really have a leading edge position?

Thoughts?

Tangentially, does anybody know when CVUS' quarterly conference call is? It appears to me that it's about time for a 4th quarter conference call.... These issues/questions should be directed towards management.

Steven, As usual, I agree with everything you have said.

It's very clear now what's going on....CVUS just hung a for sale sign up and is praying that the auctions get a little silly, and they can extract a premium for the ONLY thing they have of value and that is their spectrum.

Please don't tell me they have "technical expertise". Do the names Lucent, Nortel, Motorola, Siemens, etc ring any bells? Point-to-multipoint exists at 24ghz and 38ghz without CVUS's involvement, so I don't see why it can't exist at 28ghz.

And why would anyone want their help in the first place. They are about 2 months away from chapter 11 and if it wasn't for the upcoming auctions this stock would be $2.

Just my (frustrated, since I'm long, as in not for long) opinion, no intention of disrespect to others on the thread.

Regards, Brian
